Rodney P. Lewis, DDS, MS
|
Dr. Lewis, a native Texan, was born and raised in Canyon. He attended West Texas A & M University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in 1992. Dr. Lewis completed a four-year Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. At Baylor he was granted membership into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society and graduated second in a class of 86. His post-doctoral education includes two years of orthodontic specialty training at Baylor where he earned a specialist's Certificate of Orthodontics in 2000. His Master's of Science degree focused on the study of the function of the lower jaw, and the results were published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Lewis has maintained a private practice specializing in orthodontics in Richardson since 2000 and Wylie since 2007.

Rachel H. Thieberg, DDS, MS
|
A native of Ames, Iowa, Dr. Thieberg graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA in 1992 and was awarded membership into Phi Beta Kappa. She completed a four-year Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. During that time, she was granted membership into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and was valedictorian of her graduating class. Continuing two years of post-doctoral education at Baylor, Dr. Thieberg earned a specialist's Certificate of Orthodontics in 2001. In addition, she received her Masters of Science degree, studying the effects of estrogen on bone growth. Dr. Thieberg has practiced orthodontics in Dallas since 2001 and Wylie since 2007.

Heather Berly
|
Heather Berly grew up in Lubbock, TX and attended Texas Tech University, earning a BS in Multidisciplinary Studies with minors in English and Psychology in 2002. She decided to spread her wings after graduating from college and moved to Dallas in the fall of 2002. Her career in dentistry started as an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Thieberg in 2004. She joined Wylie Orthodontic Specialists in March, 2007 and assumes all roles in the office from orthodontic assistant to business coordination. Heather's interests include reading, exercise, cycling, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.

Amanda Baker
|
Amanda has been enjoying a career as a dental assistant since 2000. She especially likes orthodontics and the one-on-one interaction with patients it provides. A graduate of Crandall High School, she currently lives in Rowlett. She has been married to her husband J.B. since 2003 and adores spending time with their two boys, Jake and Jayden.

Monica Joubert
|
Monica Joubert has been working in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics since 1985 and began working with Dr. Thieberg in 2001. She really loves interaction with people and making orthodontics a fun experience for her patients. Originally from Illinois, she has lived in the Dallas area since 1982. She has been married to Ron since 1986 and has one "baby," her cat Abby. Monica's interests include jewelry design, photography, and studying languages and cultures. Monica and her husband Ron enjoy traveling and dedicate time together volunteering in their ministry.
